I have been going to discount tire for years. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I absolutely love them!!!!
I've been to several discount tires in my driving life and this location has been by far the best. Carlos and Christian where knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I never seen technicians move with such a purpose before, they got my truck done in less than 30 mins and that's from me parking in the lot to pulling away. Awesome experience!
If I could give more stars, I would! The gentleman who helped me (I wish I had gotten his name) was so patient and didn't talk to me like I'm some dumb girl. He even tried to help me retrace my steps when I realized my debit card was missing! I hope I don't ever puncture my tire again, but if I do, I will definitely come back here!
The guys there are great. Had a low tire. Went to get it filled to find out it was extremely low by 30psi the got me in the service bay and fully checked everything out. Got in out in less than 20 mins. Best tire shop in the area.
Employees at this store were very helpful and the wait wasn't long at all. I had purchased tires in July and got a screw in my tire and they patched it and I was ready to go in less than 30 minutes.

I had a nice experience at Discount Tires. Frank worked with me to evaluate my old tires and recommend new ones. He recommended ones that fit my budget and driving needs. I didn't feel pressured into buying the very best, most expensive tires. I've bought tires from here previously and will continue to use them in the future.
Top Notch customer service. One of those rare companies and locations that wants to win your loyalty by being a great company, as opposed to nickel and diming you. I do ALL my tire-related service here! Update: two years later, another flat (darn roofing nails), and another phenomenal experience. Thank You!!!
