Best customer service of any business ever. I've used them for years and will use them for many more.
Discount Tires has a forever customer. I needed to replace 3 of my tires today due to age and a nail, I didn't anticipate the expense right now and won't get paid until Tuesday. The manager Tim replaced the tires, cut me a deal and told me to come back on Tuesday when I get paid to settle up the bill. He didn't take any money from me or require me to put card info...just good faith that I would return and pay.
Good service but need a better location! Not much place to park, hard to get in and out of.
Excellent service today from Jonathan! Was told it would be just under an hour and I was out in less than thirty minutes. Will definitely return for my future tire needs.
I have been going to Discount tire since I lived in Corpus, it has been 45 years great service then as it is now. I am lucky, mine is just down the street from us, 2 minutes I am here. Raymond

I've been going to Discount Tire 20 years (Texas City, Beaumont) and it's consistently great. My young son got a flat in Austin, was able to get the spare on and bring it to the Ben White location. We had the warranty on the tires and he was taken care of by Isaiah Zuniga. As a parent, it gave me peace of mind to know my family was given such quality service and I appreciate it so much. Thank you!
