Great! Got there at 8 a.m. today, bc I discovered I got a flat. There was a line of people that were waiting for the store to open. I was thinking I was going to be there for a couple of hours, but they saw me, consulted with me, and got the job done, service took 15 minutes! They were quick, professional, and well organized!
The pricing and service (once you got it) was good, but they seriously need to work on customer wait time. I was told the wait would be 1 hr and 15 mins, but reality was 2.5 hrs. Double the about of time was completely ridiculous. Nobody ever apologized for the wait or said, it's going to be a little longer wait. Once my vehicle was taken into the bay, it was 15 mins in and all was done. Crazy.
You guys rock! You got my tire taken care of fast despite me being a walk-in and the store being crazy busy. Any discount tire I've been to has been nothing but excellent customer service and quality work!

I had a great experience yesterday, got 4 brand new tires for $400, and lifetime warranty for all of my tires! Plus, I also got free tire rotation and repair if anything happens to them. They have awesome, friendly staff and fast service. I arrived at 7am, they opened at 8am, and I was out the door at 8:30!
They said it would take an hour to replace my tire! It took 25 mins! Thank you!!!
Very thankful for Discount Tire! Ive waited 3 hours w both the boys (5 years and 10 months) to find out that my tire is not repairable :( Xavier was so awesome and found a used tire to put on my car to make it safe for me to drive the kids around. So thankful for the honesty! There are awesome people still in this world.
