I work at the mclendons in the parking lot and two days ago I pulled into work and heard the air coming out of my tire and freaked out. I had just payed all my bills and there was no way I could afford a new tire. Jeremy was so awesome and made me feel better and less stressed out and they were able to fix it without a problem. Thanks so much guys.
Went to the discount tire on Pearl street in Tacoma and was told that my tire wasn't able to be patched up after I got a nail it. My tires were less than a month old and they said there was no way that they could fix it and I would have to buy a new one. I decided I wanted a second opinion and went to JRS Auto Sales on South Tacoma way and they patched my tire and filled it up for only $10. Ill never go to discount tire again! They don't care about their customers only making sales!

Jakob was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable and even went above and beyond after airing up my tires. I asked if he could mount my new license plate and he did so without hesitation. Thank you Jakob and discount tire, I will be back soon for new boots and socks for my truck.
I would like to take the time to thank the men at discount tire on pearl for their amazing hospitality. Not only was I taken care of just about right away they were willing to work with me financially. They helped me with everything and I could not be more grateful. Thank you so much guys.
