Excellant customer service. The main reason I return to the store on Pearl street over and over again. On on my 4th or 5th car brought in for tires, flats, leaks, etc...
Thanks discount tire. I’m an x USA medic USAF flight medic and retired LPN and I’ve never seen a pee chart (urine) for dehydration like this. Could have used this reference over the last 30 years. Once again good job on The Work place safety placard placed on wall over the head is an awesome choice!
In and out 30 minutes .... Had a screw in my tire got it taken out and patched . No charge .... Will be buying tires from them soon . Great customer service .....
Had a screw in my tire, was expecting to have to pay $100+ for a new one, once i was done they gave me my keys and told me it was a free patch job. Definitely made my day and not that bad of a wait time either.
They get your car in and while working on the initial issue, a slow leak, gave me options Incase it couldn’t be fixed, new tire, used tires, being very efficient and giving options. It was repairable and fixed for free in less than 30 minutes!
Tacoma, WA location. Armando is spectacular and I've been buying my wheels and tires from here for 25 years and will never shop them. Spectacular customer service and incredible prices!!!
