I'm never one to leave reviews about any of my good (or bad) experiences but I just had to for the guys here at the Convoy location. Mark, Tommy, Bobby, and my installer (didnt get his name) exceeded all of my expectations. It being a Monday I thought I'd have a terrible experience getting 4 new tires. Shout out to Matt for making my birthday awesome! Today's my birthday, so I took the afternoon off work to get some errands checked off. First on the list: tire rotation. I learned my lesson in the past and made an appointment online in advance. It's so easy. Don't ever go in without one. Matt greeted me and was so friendly. Gave me a bday high five! From the very first (via Online Order), Rene and the entire crew were quick, responsive, courteous, and accurate in their service. What more could you ask for? Well, the outdoor seating is not all that comfortable, but that's about it.
