I have been a customer for many years and I cannot say enough about Discount Tire. They are fair honest friendly and fast. You need them in your cars life. They will keep you safe!!
I've been in Customer Service for over 30yrs and in the 20+yrs of being a Discount Tire customer (at a few different locations)... I've never been initially greeted at my car as I drive up. Yesterday I was!!! Cody greeted me at my car, took care of me even though I was a bit early and I was on my way. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!
Employees were very enthusiastic and eager to assist. I was in And Out Of there within Minutes.. Good job ... :)
This crew is great. I literally arrived 5 minutes before closing because I had already had a nail removed 2 weeks prior and my tire pressure light came back on. They went ahead and took a look, saw a screw and patched it up. This service is free and they don't try to sell you anything while you're waiting. Great customer service. I just can't say enough good things about them.
No appointment needed! My tire light came on and these guys had me in and out in 10 minutes. They were kind and understanding. I'll be back!
Always do a good job on my car� sometimes if they are busy it may take time but that's ok I go to target and hang out
