Picked up a couple screws in one of my tires, they were too close together to repair so had to buy a tire. There was no pressure to buy a full set of 4, and even told me my current tires had tread life left. Tire installed very quickly, friendly service. Drove to work found a screw in a DIFFERENT tire, took back(10 minutes later) to have tire repaired. Travelling from North Alabama to visit friends in Austin, detour thru New Orleans and woke up with a low tire, got some air then drove all the way to Austin. The next morning the tire was low again, my friend suggested Discount Tire to look at it, on New Years Eve. They were packed and super busy, but they greeted me with a smile and took good care of my car as if I were a local long time customer! So thankful for their help! Drove from El Paso to visit my sister for thanksgiving and ran something over. Stopped here on my way out to make sure everything was okay. The customers service here is incredible. Aaron is super helpful and polite and genuinely cares about his customers and their safety. Was back on the road within an hour after having to replace a few thing. Very impressed!
Absolutely amazing! Aaron ortiz handled my break down well and promised to take care of the issues with warranty being carried over! Don't know what we would of done without them.

Normally im a Discount fan...but service at this location left a bit to be desired. Was told that a lug nut could not be removed and that i would have to take it elsewhere to change the lug stud out. i personally removed the lug using the vehicle's stock jack to apply force to the stock lug wrench to loosen the supposedly stuck lug nut (in about 3 minutes, not even breaking a sweat in this Austin heat) and will be taking it to a different location to have the last tire changed.
Evidently they did not reinstall my hub cap correctly. Never had an issue before until now. Now I'm out a hubcap and I'm not happy about it.
Great service. Courteous. Fast. I feel comfortable getting tired here.
