Store was friendly and very helpful. Nice and clean. On the downside they need a bigger building with 10 more workers so you don't have to wait 2 hours for 2 tires.
They just fixed my tire and rotated them at no charge. Great customer service!! I will be getting my next new tires here!
If someone can please call me my car was locked in the shop tonight after I specifically discussed with employee that I would be picking it up after work at 730 and that's why I kept a key and they kept a key and we discussed that they close at 5 and I would come after work and pick it up. Discount Tires provided great service for me yesterday! After receiving horrible customer service from the Jeep dealership, I gave discount tires a call. From the first phone call, to them meeting me at my car to great me and measure my tire tread, discount tires knocked it out of the park as far as excellent customer service. I would highly recommend you give them a try! Brad helped me save money on my new tires, and went above and beyond my expectations.
I'm so in love with the boys at discount tire, I don't know why anybody would go elsewhere. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH, and they even offer free services to individuals who have not bought their tires from there. Keep on doing what you do guys, it's very much appreciated.
Picked up a couple screws in one of my tires, they were too close together to repair so had to buy a tire. There was no pressure to buy a full set of 4, and even told me my current tires had tread life left. Tire installed very quickly, friendly service. Drove to work found a screw in a DIFFERENT tire, took back(10 minutes later) to have tire repaired. Travelling from North Alabama to visit friends in Austin, detour thru New Orleans and woke up with a low tire, got some air then drove all the way to Austin. The next morning the tire was low again, my friend suggested Discount Tire to look at it, on New Years Eve. They were packed and super busy, but they greeted me with a smile and took good care of my car as if I were a local long time customer! So thankful for their help! Drove from El Paso to visit my sister for thanksgiving and ran something over. Stopped here on my way out to make sure everything was okay. The customers service here is incredible. Aaron is super helpful and polite and genuinely cares about his customers and their safety. Was back on the road within an hour after having to replace a few thing. Very impressed!
