They are the best!!! Even when it's busy they will get you out in good timing. I recommend then to everyone i know.
Good service, and friendly as well. Expect long wait times (2.5 hr) as they are busy! Wish they would have called me about a minor hiccup instead of waiting for me to come back for my truck to tell me about it. It would have gotten me out the door a little faster but not that big a deal. Would definitely recommend
Store was friendly and very helpful. Nice and clean. On the downside they need a bigger building with 10 more workers so you don't have to wait 2 hours for 2 tires.
They just fixed my tire and rotated them at no charge. Great customer service!! I will be getting my next new tires here!
If someone can please call me my car was locked in the shop tonight after I specifically discussed with employee that I would be picking it up after work at 730 and that's why I kept a key and they kept a key and we discussed that they close at 5 and I would come after work and pick it up. I need my car to commute to and from work and now have to take lyfts for the remainder of the weekend, home tonight there and back home tomorrow night and there Monday which will cost a ton of money especially during sxsw rates 631-379-938... read more

Discount Tires provided great service for me yesterday! After receiving horrible customer service from the Jeep dealership, I gave discount tires a call. From the first phone call, to them meeting me at my car to great me and measure my tire tread, discount tires knocked it out of the park as far as excellent customer service. I would highly recommend you give them a try! Brad helped me save money on my new tires, and went above and beyond my expectations.
I'm so in love with the boys at discount tire, I don't know why anybody would go elsewhere. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH, and they even offer free services to individuals who have not bought their tires from there. Keep on doing what you do guys, it's very much appreciated.
