Are they fast? Yes—but, in my case, that speed came at a cost: While fixing a flat tire for me, the technician apparently got a little reckless with the wheel on the tire changing machine, and the bead breaker bent the aluminum rim. Daryl at Discount Tire in N Arlington has gone above and beyond to help rectify a shipping mistake made by an out of state DT. We were under a severe time crunch for snow tires in Texas, in June, before our cargo container begins it's trip to or new overseas post. He spent an hour working the phones to find me a set, any set regardless of price, that would make it in time. Get a second opinion. Told I needed 4 new tires because one tire was low. Almost spent $600 +. Dealership said all tires were fine. It's been over 1,600 miles since DT told me it was "unsafe" to drive on my tires. LOSERS!

Excellent customer Service! Darren at the Sunnyside location went far above and beyond what I would ever expect to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I bought new wheels for my car and will definitely come back here for my tires too.

I have been using this location for a couple years. They are always easy to deal with and give deals without having to haggle. I ordered cheap tires once last year and they upgraded me to a better tire for the same price! Today they had me in and out in under 30 min with no appointment with tires I ordered from their eBay store.

I have been using discount tires for nearly 15 years now for all of my tires. I always purchased the warranty for the tires even though I have never used them. Now, after 15 years of use I needed to use the warranty on two tires, and they denied me. I will never use discount tires again and they do not honor their warranties so do not buy the warranty, its a scam. 1 star is one too many.

I've had nothing but great experiences from this location despite what others have said. They even found issues that other tire stores overlooked. They got me in and out as fast as possible, with minimal cost.

GARBAGE! Husband only got 20k miles out of his tires before you could see the threads. The "lifetime warranty" was no good because the tires were worn down too far??? Thy did give him a $180 credit towards a new set but what's the point in the warranty if they don't honor it?
