I'm so impressed with your store. Everybody that works for you has a positive attitude and is very polite. I accidentally bought a tire that was too big for my truck. Thaddious worked with me and discussed all my options with me. I doubt I would ever shop anywhere else for tires!

I came in with a flat. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They helped me out quickly and with a great price. I won't go anywhere else!
Usually we take time to mention poor experiences, but not so much the good ones... But I had probably my best tire shopping experience to date at discount tire. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. They took care of me in a timely manner with a great set of tires at an outstanding price. Highly recommend. I visited the Nolensville Road location, but I get the impression that any location would have a similar outcome just going by reviews.
Great experience every time I visit. Some of the best customer service ever!
