Always polite, professional, and they don't try to upsell or confuse/deceive a customer. I always have a good experience here.
Got a call about tire order was ready and it would take 15 mins to change all 4. This was during my lunch break and long story short I was over an hour late getting back and no tire was changed. Had to take back my keys; waiting over an hour and half and they haven't even driven around my car. It was a Monday and there wasn't even a crowd. Worst service ever!!

Great experience! They rotated my tires at no charge and didn't even try to sell me anything or make me feel guilty in any way! They told me an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. They called me at one hour 12 minutes. Nice professionals and good pleasant faces. Thank you for making my day better.
Eric at the Nolensville Pike location helped us out and he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He definitely knows what he's doing and didn't try to oversell us on tires. We walked out spending way less than we were quoted at NTB, with great warranties and a smooth ride home. We will be back for all our tire needs.

Thank you Discount Tire! I got a nail in my 07 Corvette, I went to the dealer(where I bought the car, and wheel and tire warranty). The dealer told me "we don't do warranty work on tires" WHAT? I drove to your store on Nolensville pike, and spoke to Rich. He said "sure we will fix it for free"! That is customer service! We will be back! #customerservice
Quick service, knowledgeable people, life time service, cheap price. If only all auto places were as hard working and honest. I know the $600 was a great investment.
