Amazing experience and customer service like I haven't seen in decades! Ben, my service advisor, went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire. He was kind, courteous and above all, honest. When I need new tires, there's nowhere else I will go! It's Discount Tire for me
Plan on over an hour wait despite having a set appointment. Wasn't expecting that. You can sit in the window and watch them take walk ins in front of you.
Excellent service! Arrived at 8:00am with no appt was back in my Suburban by 8:25 with tires rotated & balanced.
You can tell Discount Tire truly cares about customer service and building a loyal customer base. After my experience today, I will be loyal! I first came to them because of their good reviews on Yelp, and my experience lived up to the reviews. I received a FREE tire repair from a slow leak and free tire rotation, without even purchasing tires from them before. When I need new ones, though, I will be back!
Paul and his team a professional and efficient! I was in and out with a new set of tires in 30 minutes!
