The visit started out on a sour note....had appointment for 10:15.....arrived 5 minutes early....could not get me checked in until 10:45....had a balance & rotate...was asked to pay up front....I did...the ride is now worse than before the balance & rotate...tested at various speeds on I-65 and around Franklin, TN...not a happy customer with Discount Tire / could not honestly recommend this shop. 1967 Pontiac GTO....Coker Red Line Radials in excellent condition.

They are amazing professionals - gracious and mannerly - like you hardly ever see anymore - couldnt believe they fixed my tire with a nail in it FOR FREE!! Clean and comfortable waiting area - and they worked around my tone needs to get me in and out as soon as they could - the place is amazing !!
Let's be honest, buying tires sucks, no matter how good they are to you. But, these guys were ok. No pressure to upsell me, and offered me a good price on 4 new tires, balance and mounting. My wife and kids go there too, and I trust them.
5 Stars These guys went above and beyond to help me tonight and I am so thankful for them from the bottom of my heart. One day when I'm able I plan on doing something nice for y'all. you didn't have to help me but you did.
