Wonderful & quick service. Do yourself a favor buy the coverage on all your tires. You won't regret it! Pick up a nail due to all the construction around Nashville? They'll fix or replace for a little fee or free. Hit a pothole on briley and blow your tire out? They'll replace for a small fee. Do it! Thanks Discount Tire!
These guys are the model of how a business should be run. Very professional and had me in and out in 20 minutes! Yes, 20 minutes!! By the time I signed my paperwork and drank half a cup of their complimentary coffee they had mounted and balanced all 4 of my tires. I got there at a time when they were less busy but they were rushing to get everyone done. They'll have my tire business on my 3 vehicles for life.

If you get a flat or are looking for new tires, Discount Tires is the place to go. I know very little about cars and tires... They are patient, friendly and most of all do not charge you an arm and a leg. I bought all new tires last year here, got a flat and shredded the inside of the tire. Replacement was $15! Hallelujah
I recently got new tires and rims from Discount Tire in Cool Springs. Paul helped me out A LOT! He jumped through hoops to get the tires and rims that I wanted to their store THAT day so I could get them installed before the weekend was over and I had to go back to work. Not to mention, he helped me decide which would look best on my car. I really appreciate his great customer service skills as well as the other guys there. I will continue to go to this location and tell all of my friends about them!
Every time I bring my car here, I am blown away by the superior customer service I've received. I have been ripped off so severely at other car shops that it is truly so refreshing to have the opposite experience here. I can't say enough to recommend all of your stores!
