Another great experience at the Discount tire at McDowell and Dysart in Goodyear. I researched which tires I wanted online before I went. Got there 15 minutes before they opened on a Friday so I was one of the first ones in. Told them what I wanted and my car was ready with 4 new tires in about 30 minutes.
I am through with Discount Tire. For a half a thirty second of an inch you won't rotate one side of tires! I would like to know what has happened to customer service. I don't need a company or a government looking out for me. I know what is best for me. You never get the wear out of their tires either. How can you rate negative stars?!?!
I'm a little disappointed with discount tires today. Just had a new set of tires put on my truck a few months back and just stopped in the other day and had my tire pressure checked. Had my oil changed today at a local service station and one tire had 40 pounds of pressure and 50, 45.45...to me that's sloppy work when they all should of had 40 psi..sure that wasn't good on my new tires after riding on them the past three weeks..this was done in the store in liberty mo..
