An hour and a half and they haven't even pulled it in the shop yet
Great customer service, pretty quick service (given how busy they are), and decent prices. And they plug tires for free. The only little annoyance was that the mechanic left grease on the door inside the car as well as my armrest. Not a huge deal as they are leather...just mildly annoying.
The guys are absolutely awesome. The wait time is minimal. Courteous and excellent service.
Fast, Friendly,Energetic,Hard working crew...got 4 new tires in less than 15 min. Will be coming to this location from now on!!!
Always..ALWAYS..Great service. Have never had a problem with any Discount Tire that we have gone to. They are always fair and great at explaining what is needed. Have never felt that I was pressured into buying anything that I did not need or want.
I was in and in less than 30 minutes with a new set of tires.
Will NEVER get tires from #discount @discount tire tire again, NOT only did they not get my tires when they said/ promised they would apparently appointments don't mean squat either my truck is still not in yet so it looks like I'll have to spend my 475.00 somewhere else and when I need new tires on my other car I will not be going here...!!!!!!
So far the past times I've been here they have treated me with lots of attention and courtesy, very happy w/ their service!
Just got the nail removed + balance and rotation for $0.00. Super friendly service and best of all they didn't try to get me to buy new tire..
