Thank you Greg for the excellent service on Monday this week. I ordered tires in the morning, Greg called in the afternoon to let me know they were in before my appointment time. I arrived at 3:45 and he told me I would be done in 45 minutes. He lied. I was out in 33 minutes. Thank you Greg and Discount for the 40 years of great service.

Worst place ever...manager was buying answering phone calls instead of helping the customers in line waiting to spend money. So while in line I called and he helped me while I stood in line with 3 gentlemen in front of me...they couldn't believe I was being helped on the phone while in line. Everyone in the store laughed cuz the manager had no clue till I said I'm in line thx for helping me...TEACH YOUR WORKERS...CUSTOMERS IN STORE WILLING TO PAY ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMER ON PHONE NOT PAYING
Other than the two-and-a-half-hour wait cuz they were very understaffed everything was great
Always treated good here. they are very busy so theres usually a wait but its ok because service is great
I love my discount tire on McDowell, best service, always helpful. Very friendly staff!
