Only place we go to for new tires. They don't push for the most expensive deal and show you all your options. We have never had to wait the full amount of time they think it will take. Love the reminders that get sent for rotation and air checks.
Very slow, the discount tire on loop 336 is much faster. Have been waiting an hour, and I see 3 bays open. Employees seem to be short handed and the guys that are here are moving slow. Going to 336 location from now on...
Very disappointed . Have always had a good experience with other locations but this was ridiculous. Here’s my story.....we realized we may have a front tire issue. We were 5 min away from this location so we called to see if we needed an appointment. We were told to come on in...they were wide open this afternoon. We arrived 5 min later. (2:15) As luck would have it, they didn’t have our tires so they sent someone to the other Conroe location to pick them up. We were told that would take “10 minutes”. My boyfriend came from Lumberton to be with me during Hurricane Harvey and unfortunately got a piece of metal in his tire. It was a slow leak, but had to be fixed. Monday the rain subsided long enough to get to this location. They were beyond wonderful. They were shorthanded, obviously because of the historical flooding that was going on. While we were there, they got a call to shut down and go home. They couldn't fix the tire, so we bought a new set.
