Went 2x to get tires rotated; first time come back in 90 minutes; wasn't touched. Next time i waited the time promised, got tired of waiting and went to DT around th corner. Today I went to get a leak fixed and the same squirrel to me my tires were too worn to fix... the meskin tire shop down the street made me happy

The Manager and Crew are great. TEAM WORK IT IS.
This is the only Discount Tire we go to. All the guys are great and helpful even though we have our favorites. Tommy is a great Manager and because of that makes it a very successful location. Great job Guys!
Ordered tires online, set up appt. for when they said they would be In. Go to appt no tires. Manager said they weren’t delivered. Offered different tires they they would have to have sent over. We didn’t want those. They reordered tires call the day they were supposed to be in, guess what NO tires still. Not happy, bad customer service. If they would have offered a better deal. on some different tires, maybe. The ones we wanted had 80,000 mile warranty. Great Customer Service! To be honest, it’s annoying when work isn’t checked before releasing to a customer! If you saw that my low tire light was still on then why did I have to come back. Very frustrating!....came back and Alonso helped us!!
