Clayton and his team are superb. They corrected the mistakes made by PepBoys. This Discount Tire location is the way to go.
I walk in at 5:59pm with a screw in my tire. Y’all close at 6:00pm and took care of me! Not many places these days will do that! Thank you so much!!
They always treat their customers right here. I love the customer service. I have purchased several sets of tires over the years here and will be a customer for life. Convenient location; and they even stayed past closing one night to fix a flat for me for FREE. This trip I had an appointment to get new tires. They provided me with options and I appreciate how quickly they got me in and out.

Normally I have no problem with Discount. Yesterday was absolutely horrible. I knew there was going to be a wait, and I didn't mind. When I was given my keys back, I went out to check the new tire. They replaced the WRONG tire, one that I had just bought there 2 months ago. They were supposed to replace a tire that was bald and had the thread showing. I don't blame the technician, I blame the "sales" associate, seeing as how he marked the wrong tire location on the slip. �

Still have whiplash at how fast these guys are. It was super busy and I still got out of there in less than 20 minutes. I will NEVER go to any other shop. Love that they price match as well!!
There was a wait and I didn’t have much time to get tires changed but IZZY went above and beyond for me and I will forever be thankful! I absolutely LOVE this store now. Thank you IZZY and Discount Tire for being so amazing to me today!!!!!
