I have been going to this discount tire for years and they continue to perform outstanding customer service. A few months ago I purchased 4 brand new tires from this store for my ford truck. Today I ran over something and punctured the sidewall of one of the tires which left me stranded on the road in the rain. Great store, fantastic customer service. I never write reviews but this group is truly impressive and needed to be recognized.
They make the lug nuts so tight you can't change the tire if you have a flat. And if you do have a flat and you need to have he tire replaced.... And you paid for the warranty, they question you as of why the tire was flat.
Make an appointment and they'll stick to it. I've always had great service at this location.
Impressed by the attentiveness of every customer even at their busiest times. Excellent customer service. First visit and great first impression! It's not surprising they are so busy.
