RecommendedIt took a week for the tires to come in. And had a 2 hour wait to get them put on. Not happy about that but they were the only ones who could get the tires.
I got a screw in my tire on my way home from work. I thought Discount Tire closed at 7 so I pulled in at 6. Although the doors were locked and the crew was cleaning, they still insisted on helping me. I’m so grateful for the customer service these young men provided me today.
Employees do their best to get the best deal they can for you, they’ll work with you & try to meet any reasonable price. They set me up with a great pair of rims and tires for super cheap. Extremely satisfied
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a discount tire. A piece of my rim was broke off and I was assured it would be ordered and arrive in 3-5 days. I never once received a phone call about it so I called and called until someone decided to answer the phone. Nearly 3 weeks later the part has yet to be ordered. Custom service is terrible please drive to another Discount store if possible.
Great service!! Lots of customers were there but the gentlemen who helped me (and everyone else) was polite and cheerful, took the time to explain the different tires that might be best for my car and driving lifestyle, and waited patiently while I decided. I immediately drove all the way back to Fort Worth on my new tires and was pleased that I could trust the service and the tires to get me home safely! Thanks!
Four new tires on my 350z. I like to run tires at 36 psi in the cooler months. So as I'm headed home I check my sensors to see if I might need to adjust pressure later. Oh...!!!! HELL NO!!! Front left side 36psi, front right side 51psi????!!!!! WTH!!! Rear left side 40psi... I can deal with that. Rear right side 35psi. Got home and checked all four with tire gauge. Actual pressure was so high it maxed out my tire gauge!!!! Not a good felling right now!!!! And no one answers phones after 6pm.... will hear from me tomorrow mor... read more
