Went there Friday afternoon about 1230. Had to wait a while to get processed. Then told it would be an hour 20 to get done - fixing a flat. That said, for as busy as they were, the customer service was courteous and professional. And since they fixed my flat for free, I really have no reason to complain anyway.
As a recent widow I am not used to having to take care of car things! Dexter was so sweet and helpful. He showed me why I needed a new tire and he found the right tire for me. They also rotated my tires for free. I know I can trust Discount Tire for all my tire needs.
Clayton was very helpful! The service was great and fast. Highly recommend this location.
Great service today. The manager that help this young girl out was great she needed to get to class and then back home to sugarland was great. One of the guys told her it would be a 2 hour wait to get her tire changed and she would have to wait however she needed to be in school in about 15 minutes and he just walked off how ever the manager came over got her keys and he changed her tire him self so she could make it to class on time at no charge great guy. Always fast, friendly and there are nearby places to shop and eat while you wait. My favorite place for tires!
