Been coming here for years, but John the rep doesn't really seem that nice should really work on his people skills instead of trying to get everything done ans people and cars shoved out the door!!! I came in bc I needed my tires balanced and they always say my tires are bad!!! In this case there was one but no used ones and a new one was crazy price!!! At this point I have no choice to pay for it bc they won't let me leave on a bad tire!!!
Rhyan checked out my tires, asked me a few questions, told me I'd be getting a free tire repair, and did not pressure me to buy new tires! You have a happy customer!
Acknowledgement goes a long way. "Hello someone will be with you soon" Welcome, it will be a few minutes". I was ready to walk out the door. Then when someone was available, I had to ask him if he was ready to help me.
Best customer service. Friendly and fast! I would not go anywhere else in town.
Went to get my winter tires put on my car at Discount Tire on Maysville and as an added bonus they put sliced a hole into my leather steering wheel! Then everyone denied having anything to do with and said it's been there--I just never noticed it. Really? I didn't notice it in the first 61k miles, but I just coincidentally noticed it within five seconds of getting it back from you? Unbelievable.
Use more care when putting back lug nuts . So as not to strip the lugs like they did to my car
It's not often that you get service to any part of your vehicle without feeling like you've been taken for a ride. That's not the case at this Discount Tire location. Eli and the rest of the staff went out of their way to save me money. I will be recommending them to all my friends!
