They did a great job and we're very friendly. I just hate to wait and called on my way to schedule and was told they take walk ins. However anyone that had an apt gets pushed to the front of the line.

We went to replace 2 tires and ended up replacing all 4 (which is what we really needed but didn't think we could afford). The guys here were GREAT! Alex (behind the counter) was so helpful and kind. Special thanks to him and his associates behind the counter that day (all smiling and friendly). They were crazy busy the day we went and the guys in the shop still got our truck done in under an hour! Highly recommend this store for its courtesy and efficiency! Great experience!!! Nice to know customer service still means something somewhere these days! We will definitely be returning to this store for our future needs and be recommending them to others.

Went in for new tires. They were unable to remove the center caps on three of the rims, and couldn't balance the new tires because of it. The bolts to the center caps are "frozen" with grime, but now, I have to take them to a different tire shop to have them removed, because the guys at Discount Tire couldn't get them out. You'd think a tire shop would have had this issue before, and would have the tools and know-how to fix this issue.

The service was amazing. From the extremely polite service writers to the technician who worked on my car (he came to speak to me personally), everyone was great. Highly recommended. Also, it's nice to be treated respectfully when purchasing tires. Sometimes stereotypes about females knowing little about vehicles happen. Not here!
