Brian and Koty went out of their way to help me with my truck. I didn't have the socket to my lock my antitheif nuts and sent me to Kimberly car city and they had me come right back for my tires! Great service they care about the customer .
Very friendly an helpful with all the questions I had. An they even went above and be on when my tire lock key fell apart an put new lug nets on every tire I had.
Fast service. Lighthearted but professional employees made the short wait hobby fast

What is sad is I have a dear friend who is a widow, living by herself and a week ago she ordered a tire. Was promised it 4 days ago! Living out in the country with one car it is difficult for her to do anything! She called Wednesday, they said it was in transit. She called today and they told her there was a mixup in the order! Guess who doesn't have a vehicle to drive for this weekend! You got it. Pitiful
