Had my tires rotated and a few days later was driving to OK. Back tire started making loud noise. Found 4 loose lugnuts and the 5th one completely missing. 3 studs broken. We had driven hundreds of miles at this point at 70-80 mph. Very grateful that the tire didn’t come off - hate to think what could have happened to us. Have bought lots of tires here in the past but feel a “sorry bout that” doesn’t quite cover the careless service we received. Never going back. And will tell everyone we know never to go here.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Called at 9, told to bring my car in at 11, for 3 new tires. Came at 10:45 and told it would be 2 hours. Had a known about the wait I would have had someone meet me. Finally at 12:45 I asked for my keys to pick up my daughter, was told then that my car would be done at 1:30/1:45. Back at 1:15, it is now 3:08 and my car is not even in yet. I have watched 2 other couples who DIDN’T have an appointment come and go. This is ridiculous!! I will never recommend this place again
Busy place but was in and out. Best prices on tires!
I had a tire that had a plug put in last year but the tire started losing air after another place rotated them. Went in after work (3rd shifter here!) and they got me right in. Turned out I also had another tire that was bad They had a pair of slightly used tires whose cost fit my tight budget and they got me back on the road quickly.
By far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. On our way out of town and got a flat. Pulled into discount tire and were brought in right away, fixed and on our way out in no time! Brad and the staff are amazing! Thanks for getting us to where we need to go!
DO NOT GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE!! This is my second horrible experience with Discount tire. This time, a friend of mine took her car there with a leak. They removed the tire from the rim, marked and area near the sidewall stating there was a hole there and said that she needed new tires because they couldn't repair the sidewall. They completely missed the large screw sticking out of the middle of the tread on the opposite side of the tire. On further inspection of the tire, there was not a hole in the area they marked.
