The people who work here are just the best. Their customer service is not matched by anyone. Had a blown out tire. Came into this location to be greeted at my car while pulling it from my trunk. Only a short wait. Turned a frustrating event into a better experience. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service! I ordered new wheels for my car and and installation was a breeze. Unfortunately, I didn't love how they looked. They not only swapped them for something I loved, but didn't even charge me to install the new ones. I will definitely be a future customer and one that will recommend you to my friends!
I started going to Discount Tires not only for their good prices but they offer you the customer to view the website and choose what tires or rims you want for your vehicle and it also locks in the quoted price for 30 days. I use to shop at Les Schwab tires but they dont have this type of options, they're a good company but I prefer Discount Tires. And their customer service is great too!
Workers are very friendly and helpful would recommend this place to anyone.
