Ordered a set of tires and waited three days. Upon my arrival to my appointment they said they couldn’t get them and tried to call. No missed calls. I decided to upgrade and was NOT told there was a rebate on the nicer tires till I asked. When my car came out for delivery one of the tires had only 10lbs of air in it. The manager told the employee to make sure he runs all tires through the “cage” whatever that is. They didn’t do it they just added air. Now I’m driving around kinda freaked out on them. I have been going here for some years now and the customer service is exceptionally awesome. Caleb and Aaron are awesome dudes and always trying to the best for the customer. Thank you guys. They saved 2 of my tires today that had nails in them and patched them up. Unlike Les Schwab where they are always looking for a sale. So props to you guys!
Went the day before to get air in my tire and they told me I had a nail in my tire ... Went the next day to get it fixed and they had me in and out in 20 min ... love these guys!!!
We had a flat tire. No big deal right? One would think not, but after 7 hours we gave up waiting for two overpriced, unforthcoming dealerships and a unknowledgeable warehouse store to help us. James and his superb pit crew at Discount Tire in East Vancouver removed impossibly locked lug nuts, fixed our flat tire, and swapped our spare, all in less than a half hour!
