Came in due to blow out on a warrantied tire. In/out less than 40 minutes. Excellent service!
The guys were all great. They were very busy as it was Saturday but they were able to fix my tire and get me out in less time than they anticipated.
Adam at the Peoria, AZ location was fantastic! took great care of me when my own Kia Dealer wouldn't. I highly recommend Discount for all your tire needs. Great prices always, but more importantly, GREAT customer service!
It was a good experience! I was dealing with Adam, one of the employees working there. Was every informational and a big help. Started from Saturday to Monday. Stressful as it is when it comes to getting work done on your vehicle. I will continue going there for car problems! Hell even though they were jamming to music in the garage acting out haha... which was hilarious to hear, we all do it! Especially me being in the Veterinary field... Gottah find joy during the day somehow.! Good place to go.!
Worst one in the valley. Three separate occasions I was lied to. Don't bother to make an appointment there. You will still wait a hour and a half before they even look at your car. I would suggest the Disoucunt in Anthem they were fast professional and honest.
Just went to 68th and Peoria Ave store. The staff there is so friendly!! Just sitting while waiting for my tire to be repaired(which cost me NOTHING), the gentlemen(Seth and Clay) were friendly and helpful to customers coming in the door and sounded great when answering the phone. I will for sure go back to this store when I'm ready to purchase new tires. The guy that helped me was also nice(didn't get his name) and the guys(Justun) in the garage also friendly, service with a smile! Unusual in this day and age unfortunately.... read more
I loved here and than I recently came back for tire pressure checked I was told i needed new tires. Yet I just got four new tires within two months ago. And professionally bounced and tire check at another place. I feel betrayed that discount did that. Sleezy sales man.
