they offer a free air check. But they would not put air in my tire that needed it the most! ridiculous to send me driving away with a very low tire! lousy customer service

I waited 45 minutes just in the tire pressure line. There were 4 cars ahead of me I would understand if there were like 10. When I went to management they said they do a full inspection. Oh really is that why he only told me I had snail in my back tire and nothing about the fact that my front tires were in the danger zone and needs to be replaced. Yeah some full inspection.

I understand it’s 610pm and you close at 6pm AND I clearly have a low tire AND you still have cars in the bays and customers in the lobby and I NEEDED some air in my tire to get home so I can come back tomorrow. BUT, NO! I was told you closed at 6pm and couldn’t help me but I can come back tomorrow when you are open. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT!!
