very disappointed how unprofessional Oliver tech manager there look at me laughing when I ask his name really I'm the one buy the whole set tire form your company and the way u tell your tech to rush on my car dont deal with this do not buy there extra coverage warranty all they do sell u the tire and when have problem they blame one you

I had came in with a used tiring needing it put on and they offered help and told me they’ll do it. They offered the best discount I could possibly ask for. I’m a single mom of two and I just gave birth on last Thursday and rent is due. They gave me the biggest discount and I’m so thankful. Ask for Matthew or David and they’ll make sure you get your tires.

Ordered the tires online. Got my confirmation and date. I show up for my appointment and the tires were not even ordered. Then they tell me they are not available anymore and try to upsell me some more expensive tires. It seems it's a trick they do to make you walk in the door and then they upsell and cross-sell you so they can maximize their profit. Will never come here again. Bad way to do business.
Service was fast and everyone was helpful. Sales manager Luke even helped speed up the process by giving the mechanics a quick hand torquing the lug nuts back on. Truly felt taken care of.
Mark was very polite, helpful and professional.
