This is kind of our location, I have been to others and though good, never as effective and efficient as this location. The staff is friendly, professional and always very informative, letting me now where I am, when I need to start thinking about changes without really pushing anything on you. On a side note as a husband and father if three now adult daughters, they treat them with respect, as consumers, not like many shops where they are made to feel stupid and I really appreciate that.
I sat for over an hour. A cute girl came in and her car was in the shop within 10 minutes. I waited for probably another half hour. Mine was a free tire leak and I would imagine hers was as well as she drove in on her small spare and was charged zero for her repair as well. I did tip the guy $5 for finally getting me out after their closing time. It would not have been so bad but I have prostrate and bone cancer and their chairs didn't help comfort me. I have been to this location a few times within the last 4 weeks. Everytime has been a great experience. I guess I keep picking up roofing nails in my neighborhood. Hopefully I won't need to visit for awhile. Lol Thank you!

Was great service provided by salesman by the name of Robert. He was very informative and seemed genuinely concerned for me and my cars safety. I didn't feel pushed into any unnecessary purchases. Would highly recommend.
This is a really great place. They are friendly, courteous, and very helpful and efficient? My low air in tire light came on, they determined I had (turned out to be a screw) I had a screw in the tread, and fixed it very quickly. I also asked for a quote to replace my tires - which needs to happen in the near future - and got exactly the kind of quote & price I needed! This is the location on Park Blvd. in east Plano, Texas! ���
After awful service at the discount tire in mesquite, this location had what I needed. Michael answered the phone when I called and he was helpful and great. Phillip helped me get everything situatated and got me out in about 45 mins. After such an awful experience before heading here I know I can take my car here and feel comfortable.
