Confusion with tire prices but remedied that with helpfulness and above & beyond trying so hard to find me a gently used (huge)tire for my SUV, with no luck but man that was great service!! Thank you James!
I'm really upset with this location I been coming to discount tire for some time now and had a great experience but this time the manager MICHAEL gave me the most horrible experience they messed up my wheel stud from cross threading the lug nut and they also gave me a bad valve ! Not only that! MICHAEL the manager wanted to charge for they valve they so call cover ! and wanted to charge an extra 36 dollars to dismount and mount for the mistake they did I have pictures of the terrible job they did to my stud and will be tweet... read more
It doesn't matter how busy they are, their customer service is always pleasant, positive and friendly.
They were able to obtain a replacement rim quickly but put my directional tire on - facing the wrong direction. Going back Saturday morning.
I came in with a flat tire. I was out within the hour. They were really sweet and helped me not be so stressed. I really appreciated all that they did!
They were honest with me about the integrity of my tires without making me feel under pressure. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I will continue to do business here and would recommend this establishment to my family and friends.
