Just had the best experience! Torrential rain and drive a Yukon with two tires rapidly losing pressure. Filled up at a gas station only to immediately start losing pressure again. Rolled up on the Plano at Park location to immediate service. Both tires patched and they even backed my truck in to the closest bay so we didn’t have to get wet getting back in the car all in less than 15 min. And best of all....free!!!
I’ve been to many different locations. This is my favorite. If you time it right your in and out in no time. This morning there was myself and 1 other person. Got my tires rotated in 10 minutes. Obviously this is easier with only 2 cars for them to work on. This location has always been very professional and courteous, and quicker than others. I recommend you come here if you want honest good people. Never had a problem with these guys.
The managers Michael and Bradley were very thorough in explaining how to best extend the life of my tires. Great and genuine guys! I HIGHLY recommend them for your tire needs!!!! 5 STARS!!!
A simple air inflation turned into a suggestion from Bradley, to have the tire checked. “If it’s safe to patch, we patch it for FREE!”. Guess what, less than an hour wait later, I’m all patched up. The culprit a darn screw. Thank goodness 😅 I’m already for the week!! Thank you 😊!!!
In all my years coming to Discount tire. None have come close to the customer service this location. Caleb took me to help me with my flat tire and stranded car down the road. Come here first.
