I had a great experience yesterday when Discount Propane sent Dallas to install my gas line hookup for my new gas grill! Look at the results. Cleanly installed, nice and neat. Since I have the Discount Propane tank for my gas range I thought why rent the portable tanks for the outdoor grill? This was installed with a 10’ slack of line so my grill can be moved around on the patio. I haven’t dealt with a more friendly, sweet and knowledgeable kind of young man like Dallas in a while. I contacted them 6 days ago notifying them I have a leak in my home. The person I spoke with stated they'd have someone out the next day to repair. Nobody came. I called back again...they said someone would contact me. Nobody contacted me. I called yet again and they said they were understaffed but someone would contact me to schedule a time...that was 3 days ago. I turned off the gas to my house and am looking for a different company.
