I have their service for a hot tub. They came first week in January and left me with a $800 bill the week after Christmas! I called to make a payment plan and they told they didn’t have one, the full balance due, I then told them to take me off auto and schedule an April appointment. They came in April billed me over $300 then came again in May two weeks later and billed me another $300 bill.
