The service person, Thor, was professional and conscientious. He did a great job fixing our plumbing problem and on the weekend. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They replaced the sewerage pipes leading to the street. To do that they dug right next to my sidewalk leading to my front house. Once done they did not compact the dirt properly. You can see a pile of dirt to the side, about 3' x 3' x 2' tall. I called them and was told that in their "contract" they are not responsible for damages and will only come back if there is something wrong with the actual plumbing. Do not hire this company. Came out For a service call to snake the kitchen sink. I was never told they could not snake further than 60 feet. Still charged me almost $100 and did not complete the job. Technician was here less than 40 minutes. I could’ve understood a service call fee which I believe they quoted me at around $45-$50. But instead he charged me for the work that was done instead of a service call
The cost for their service was reasonable and the guy did an great job with fixing our plumbing problem. And he got it done quick. I would definitely recommend them to others.
