Bought a mattress here, received a warm welcome and given plenty of time to select our favorite bed. Drove it home that day (in a box) and unfornately it was a defective bed. It never expanded fully even after 72 hrs, but when I contacted the owner via text she was very concerned and wanted to make it right any way possible.
