DO NOT STOP HERE. UPDATE: after waiting 3+ weeks for the couch and having the run around by phone we are still disappointed. We stated that delivery was subpar and they refunded us the fee. But now after having the couches a month, the quality is below average. You can feel the wood in the seat which makes it uncomfortable. These are cheaply made. When calling to see if we could return them with a restocking fee we were declined because it “isn’t a defect”. And that if it was within 60 days we would be able to return them. B... read more
