Very rude over the phone when I called to get a quote. Advised me he couldn't tell me how much it would cost but could schedule me an appointment which made no sense at all. It's always going to be a bad customer service experience when a business starts out telling you what they "can't" do instead of what they can.

Jay came out to one of our properties at 10:00pm on a Saturday night. He fashioned a key to get into an old cabinet that needed to be opened that night so the tenants could get all their stuff and move. He was fast, friendly, said was he was going to do and then actually did what he said. If more folks did business this way the world would be a better place. I would recommend Jay and Discount Locksmith for anyone in the Greater Nashville area who wants fast, friendly service and can Get The Job Done!
