Bought several plantation shutters here and they have been great. Also bought a Viking range that is in great condition that I'm super happy with, however, I also purchased a Viking range vent and GE double oven at the same time as the range and they don't work :( I know they have a no-return policy - so make sure you plug in appliances, make sure they heat/work before you spend $$$ I asked the woman that was helping me if she ever had that happen - that the used appliances they sell don't work, and she said that she had nev... read more
The prices are great! Everyone who works here is very helpful! I was very happy they had my doors in stock since, the sizes of my doors are really hard to find. Thank you, DHWAS for taking extra care of all the antiques you guys take in!

DHW has high quality home salvage items. Many items (including custom kitchens that look like they were never used before new owners put in their own- including too of the line appliances!) Janet is an amazing resource and sales person. She is extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and works hard to help you meet your needs and find you some treasures you had no idea you couldn't live without. DHW antique doors, stained glass and firplace surrounds will be featured in our latest home.

....bought amazing cabinets for my laundry room (Can't imagine if someone ripped these out to upgrade..they are top shelf!)...bought doors to go on my master bath (they are so grand..just the look I wanted), also bought a swinging kitchen door to give my kitchen/dining a little retro class. Just had them delivered, so no pictures yet...but we spent hours at HWAS and everyone was so helpful..even when we changed our minds 200 times.
