Doug, just wanted to thank you again for the work you did at my rental home today, but mostly thank you for the maintenance you've done for my A/C and furnace since I bought the place in 2000. I have never called another company to come do any repairs or maintenance because you have always done a great job. I really appreciate everything you and your company have done for me over the last 16 years. I will let the soon to be new owner know about you so hopefully she'll continue to use your services. It's been a pleasure.

When I couldn't get other HVAC companies to commit to an estimate within 4 weeks of my call, I said there has to be a better company out there. I was recommended to Discount Heating and Cooling and I have to say, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere. Doug Granata, his brother, Steve and their crew have the best customer service, follow through and technical know how that I've ever seen.
