We were so cold!! Our furnace broke and even though the parts were under warranty it took five days to get from the manufacturer. Despite a personal family emergency, Doug came to our house and fixed the problem. I had complained without really understanding the situation when they cancelled our appointment. Even though I was completely wrong, Doug was a perfect gentleman and consummate professional. He got the job done. And forgave me for being so selfish!! This company sets a good example for service!!

On one of the hottest days of summer our compressor stopped working. Brian came out within two hours of calling and got us up and running! Awesome customer service and very reasonable! I would highly recommend them. So happy I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan!!

Excellent service. Had a new furnace and A/C installed on 10/27/17. VERY satisfied!! Mike and his fellow installers were awesome and answered any questions we had. Doug went above and beyond to make sure we were educated on everything before we made a decision, and to make sure we were satisfied!!!!
Very happy with the great service! Very honest and quick to get our furnace repaired. Doug is the only one that said our part was covered under warranty and we didn't even buy our furnace from them. Truly appreciate the honesty. They've got our business from now on.
