Do not buy here. I made that mistake, they did not send a windows key, then it took all day to get it out of them once I was able to contact them. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY HERE.

This company has NEVER answered the phone and email communication tends to be generic and unfruitful. EUGENE and JOE (or their customer service staff in general) are not working in the best interest of the company and could careless about making any sales. I've contacted them multiple times requesting a discounted rate if I purchased HUNDREDS of their units in bulk, but both kept giving me BS responses saying they " can't discount anything at the moment."
