Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but the part was also inexpensive, and the service was top-notch. It's easy to see why this place has such high ratings – they go above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service and support. Ken worked very hard to get me a replacement valve, when the manufacturer/supplier wouldn't acknowledge they had shipped a faulty part. Also gave a lot of good advice when we bought our bathroom. Will be back for the next bathroom.
