I drove 18 miles for a very specific part which they told me they would get from the warehouse. It was close to closing and I needed it for that night. Firstly, they got the wrong parts from the warehouse- then after I explained that it had been a critical situation and I had driven all that way and they had admitted the mistake, he was only willing to offer me about a one dollar discount (which was still 10 over market price).
