I drove in late about 6:30 with my whole car shaking off of I-95. Maurice was very kind and explained they wouldn't be able to fit me in that night but he would check the tires. Well, good thing he did since it was about to blow up. He asked if I could leave the car so they could get to it in the morning. I made arrangements for a ride. UPDATE: Received a call from the General Manager the following morning about my experience. He was thoroughly apologetic, and concerned about my experience. He offered me the services mention above at no charge. The work was completed in an hour. Glad to see someone take responsibility for a mistake. Had an appointment at 5pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Checked in at 7pm, car hadn't been touched. Rediculous. And the manager on duty, did NOTHING to make me want to come back.
