Just sat an waited 1 hr and 40 minutes for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation only to be told, i'm sorry, we must have missed you (despite having an appointment!). Pep Boys in Jupiter, (FL) you just lost my custom. First and last time i'll try your company.
I called there yesterday to get a price quote for 4 tires. I made an appointment for 2 p.m today. When I got there, they said they only had two tires and then did not honor their quote and raised the price per tire by $25.00. Needless to say, I walked out and won't go back.
Traveling between St Augustine and Miami. Had a problem with a tire. Stopped in 2 and half hours before closing and explain my problem. They tell me to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. Thanks for the help Pep Boys. Hope if your ever stranded someone is more kind to you.
