This agency is a joke. I made an appointment on Monday to look at a house on Saturday. I showed up at the house on-time and waited; the realtor never showed. I then called and was told that the realtor wasn't going to keep her appointment because there was an offer made mid-week. It would've been nice to get a phone call before I wasted my time!
